Nick Thede is an intellectual property (IP) attorney with a diverse practice obtaining and protecting IP rights for clients. For patents and trademarks, Nick conducts searches and drafts and prosecutes U.S. and international applications. His practice includes negotiation, licensing, and litigation for patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other forms of intellectual property.

Professional Background
Born and raised in Klamath Falls, Oregon, Nick earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Portland in 2004. While there, Nick worked as an engineering intern for Boeing. At Boeing, he assisted in updating control systems for manufacturing machinery.
In 2007, Nick graduated cum laude from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. While in law school, he participated in moot court and was a member of the law review. Nick began his career at Kolisch Hartwell as a summer intern in 2006, and began working full-time upon graduation from law school.
